I have a Sony Ericsson, and they are AMAZING! My mom and dad have nokia's and they're not great.
The Sony Ericsson has a great camera, and I really recomend you get a memory stick unless it isn't alread included. I'v had my Sony Ericsson for about 2 years now, and it's still working fine, although I really should clean it from all my photos...
The Sony Ericsson has always been fast for me, never frozen, and even in the winter days still works as fast as in the heat.
Great sound when playing music, you can store a lot! Goes pretty loud!
Also, this probably doesn't matter, but it has a very "clean" look to it, great menu icons, and very organized. Also comes with a training thing that's fun to use!
