which phone has BIG letters?

hey my dad is pretty old in his sixties and he is asian. so his english is kinda broken and his eyes arent as great as they use to be. he asked me to look for a cell with big letters so when he goes down his contacts list he can see the names (and numbers) clearly. what phone is known to have big letters or gives the option to have big letters??

PS - i've got two suggestions to go with Samsung but i don't know any phones made by them.. and the phone needs to support t-mobile.. what model am i looking for? something under 100 dollars without contract please!
