which ones better , learning from a video or reading about it?

i find it way easier to watch about it in videos rather than reading about it, but iv been given papers and my reading ain't good. is it a bad thing to be easily taught by video, i don't want my boss to think i'm dumb or useless but when i read i just can't digest that information...

no its just different ways people learn, its natural.

take this test it will give u a certificate to which you can show to your boss so say that ur not a dumbass but u just learn differently.
