Which one?

Hey guys..I'm new to the forums but a friend of mine recommended this site to get help finding the best phone for me..so I was hoping you all could help!

Right now I have a crappy Motorolla V220 (don't laugh) and am looking to do a major upgrade to a smartphone. The HTC S710 really caught my eye, but Rogers does not seem to have it. Is there anywhere I can get it? Anyway, I will outline the main features I am looking for:

-Bluetooth
-Wi-Fi
-Calander
-Full internet browser
-Full QWERTY keyboard (I don't care if it slides out or not, but I kind of like the fact that the sliding out ones are bigger..anyone have any opinions on the matter?)

Other than that..I was looking at MotoQ, HTC S621 (just cause Rogers has it, haha) and the TyTn, but I don't like that the TyTn doesn't have a keypad on its main front and that you have to open up the phone to dial. (Oh, just noticed it's a touch screen..hmm.) And I heard the Kaiser is coming out..should I wait for it?

I am also willing to switch to Fido but it seems as though they do not have any good phones. As long as it's GSM and in the 200-350ish (anything more I am willing to spend but it's pushing it) I am willing to purchase it and put my existing SIM card in.

*note: I know it seems as though I am only looking at HTC, but for some reason their phones really caught my eye. I am open to any brand though.

Sorry for this being so long, and I appreciate any recommendations you guys have!

ETA: I live in the Toronto, ON area but travel to Israel frequently and ideally I would like to be able to put my Israeli SIM card and take my new phone with me when I go.

*snicker snicker* Sorry, couldn't help it...V220...ok, I'm under control now.

The S710 is a nice option. You might also want to check out the Nokia E61i and the HTC Excalibur (T-Mobile Dash). You want a touch-screen? HTC also makes some side-slide touchscreen models with keyboards and WiFi.

Definitely get something from Ebay or a 3rd party seller...if you want to use it in Israel, then you want quad-band, and unlocked.

Thanks for your help! I think I'm going to go with the Dash (S621)...I met someone who bought a brand new TyTn and decided it was too big and heavy for me. Though the Dash was my least favourite I talked to a few people at work and it seems to be the best fit for me. Yay! Now I just need to find one, haha.
