Which one should i buy? samsung captivate or motorola defy or samsung galaxy ace?

Which one should i buy? samsung captivate or motorola defy?
captivate has 16gb internal. motorola defy has 2gb. captivate doesnt hve a led flash while defy does.. captivate has beter flash player than defy. captivate - 1ghz procesor, defy - 800mhz processor ..
motorola defy is waterproof. both are andorid 2.1 i think.. galaxy has led flash, 800 mhz with fm radio (moto defy also has radio while captivate doesnt).. im super confused?

which one should i get?
 
In my opinion, i would stay with a Samsung device. And based on what i've researched the Galaxy Ace would be the better of the choice between all given, altho you will have to be the judge of that.
