I won't say the names of the bikes so that there's no opinions, just facts.

Bike #1
Weight- 27.7 lbs
Brakes- 990 U-brakes with linear cable
cranks- 3 piece chromoly with american ball bearings
Sprocket- 36t
Freewheel- 13t freewheel
frame- hi-ten steel

Bike #2
Weight- about 26-27 lbs
brakes- 907 U-brakes with ORYG
cranks- tubular chromoly 3 piece
sprocket- 28t steel
freewheel- 10t cassette
frame- full chromoly
