Sounds to me like you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about or what either of these special operations forces actually do. There are some good websites out there to read about what each does. For Army Special Forces or "green berets" go to Professionalsoldiers.com. And for Navy SEAL's, just read your local newspaper. They seem to like all the publicity...
