Which one does US or UK want see in Tibet ? Riot or Progress ?

Having watched the video, and then the links from mommanuk, then I rummaged through my world maps.
I don't want to know who posted the video, but I suggest they take some geography lessons. Unless China has been redrawing the boundaries for their own history, the China territorial maps were inaccurate.
 
Its tough to say because surely the position of Red China is to be considered and perhaps the west wants the Chinese involved to keep them occupied....
who said that riots are not progress?
 
No one wants riot!!!! Yet, can we afford to make China angry with recognition of Tibet (and Taiwan) as independent? Obviously, no. Hard decision.
