Which on is better BOOST MOBILE or METRO PCS?

I am tired of getting ripped of by At&t and was thinking about going into one of these companies but I am skeptical and would like to hear it from some one that has hands on experience.
 
i personally dont like either they r expensive have u thought about staying with att and going with the 60 per month unlimited talk and text
