These are the two bikes I've currently narrowed my search down to (after some helpful advice from a bike shop employee) and I was just wondering if anyone had any opinions on either? I realize these are the 2011 models but based on their specs if anyone has or has ridden similar bikes, I'd appreciate some thoughts.
I primarily ride near my home which is located out in the country where most (though not all) of the roads are paved but are usually a little rough. I don't plan to really off-road, just possibly some trails near town once I move back to the city.
Please only suggest other bikes if they are around the same price and you can explain why it would be a better option. Thanks for your advice
