Which is a more fun, non-dangerous sport to pursue- soccer, badminton, or non-sport of aerobic dance for me?
I cant decide!! please tell me what would be good for me! or which is the most fun and not dangerous. ive played soccer in gym before, havent been all too good because im not confident sometimes when im running with the ball i always feel like they'll steal it away from me. but i do love running, and i wish i could be in track and soccer involves a lot of running. racquetball im thinking about, but i dont know much about it though i do know its rigorous and badmitton seems a bit low paced and boring.
i have a lot of energy and i have confidence after building my skills in the area. i plan to join a sport as a class at the university im going to in the fall and i would love any advice you are willing to give me.
i signed up for volleyball but im getting out of it since i have weak and sensitive arms and im kinda short. im 5'3" and i weigh about 115. im very fit, athletic and during this summer i usually run on the treadmill and run around the swimming pool sometimes along with riding my bike.
which sport do you think would be best for me?
btw theses choices
-badminton
racquetball
-soccer
-aerobic dance
-i guess maybe basketball too?
i have little or no experience in all of them so please give me pointers
