So in a few hours I'm going to a Hogwarts themed dance, and need a witchy/harry pottery outfit. I was gonna go as Luna Lovegood but the blonde dye didn't stay! Still, I think I'll wear a witchy outfit and then pink high top converse in her honor.
Here are my options:

1- black skirt, green tube top, black eyelet lace over it so you can see the green through, mummy necklace
2- H&M glitter sea foam green top (its scratchy like very glittery you can't see well in the photo) with black tights/leggings
3- Forever 21 blue dress, its lace so you can see my skin through but there's a black slip underneath, kind of witch like.
Which should I wear? Any other ideas? How to make it witchier or HarryPotterish or Luna Lovegood-er?
