Which of these heats up faster in a microwave, ceramic or plastic? why?

I'm just curious as to how long it will take the ceramic to heat up and how long it will take the plastic to heat up, both of which are placed in a microwave with the same amount of time? If one of them is faster or slower than the other, why? What sort of chemistry/heat transfer is taking place?

Also, which one will heat up the food easier? Is it the same as the one that heats up first?
