Which of these decisions is best for my PC?

I currently have these items to use:
4x1gb ddr2 800
Sempron 140
Phenom II 740
MSI n460gtx cyclone
PNY 9400 GT 512mb (No SLI)
Emachines EL1333 motherboard.
MSI NF750 G55

I'm just wondering if I should buy a ddr2 motherboard or buy ram for my ddr3 board.
Also what I want to do is build a separate computer from the additional materials.

It's only obvious which items I'll using the most, so don't try and explain that to me.
