They are all in good condition with long MOT and tax. For driving in and around London. '97 Rover 200 1.1, 96 Escort 1.4,,95 Corsa 1.2 97 Hyundai Accent 1.3i ? Which would you buy?
Or can you suggest any other makes I could find at other dealer that are better?

my advice is to drive all three and compare them and which ever you like best you should buy. i think i'd buy the escort because in 97 hyundai didnt make all that great of a vehicle and neither did rover. but you should drive them first.

I`m not a lover of them, but I would probably go for the Hyundai, mainly `cos they don`t break down, I know they`re not the prettiest, but I`d sooner be driving an ugly car than waiting for the RAC in a pretty one!

At the moment it will be the rover 1.1 the small the engine size will give you the best return just because of the new government road tax and everyone is wanting to buy these and will do in the future.

I watch a government program recently and found that a car with a lower size 1.1 rather than a 1.2 with the 1.2 in the same make being 3 years younger was worth less than the 1.1

If it bothers your street cred having a low engine size it is not illegal to paint a different number on the actual car and is quite common as long as the logbook is never altered.
