The one in the latest movie SAW 6 in the beginning the whole pound of flesh, really sick trap....made me hurl and was really uncomfortable to watch.....The classroom trap with the guy in hooks all over his body in SAW 3 was gruesome!....Sticking with SAW 3 I also think the trap with the couple in the classroom with the roRAB through them was nasty....xo
