1 - There should be no term limits because the person in office will be more likely to put America first, do what is best for the country, and keep voters happy when they know doing their best will get them re-elected.
2 - With term limits there is no motivation to do what is correct and office holders are more apt to "take the money" from special interest groups and other sources as they know they can not be re-elected and they are nor held accountable for their decisions and actions anyway!
