Which of the following restaurants do you consider the best and why?

Okay, so I'm going to be turning 17 on June 30. I don't really want anything too special but I would at least like a nice place to eat. I am very lucky to live in a city that is not as crowded as a metropolitan city while still having the luxury of the big city amenities. So anyway, back to my birthday, I managed to minimize my restaurant list to the following. Please pick AT LEAST 1 RESTAURANT (your welcome to pick more) that you have found to be satisfying in terms of : food quality, dining theme/environment, cost, and overall dining experience.

- Bravo! Cucina Italiana
- Fish City Grill
- Genghis Grill

- Hoffbrau Steaks
- Houlihan's
- Mimi's Cafe
- P.F. Chang's China Bistro
- Rally House
- Rock Fish
- Red Lobster
- Olive Garden
- Pappadeux
I personally want to go to P.F. Chang's China Bistro, BJs, or Mimi's Cafe. However, if you have gone and thought the food was horrible or terribly overpriced for what you get or whatever reason, please tell me so I don't make the same mistake. Thank you!
 
well I've never heard of your personal favorites,but it's your birthday go where ya' want to. I prefer Cheddar's because the have great food,and very inexpensive for the amount you receive.
Out of your list I like Pappadeaux's for more affiance. I would pick Red Lobster,cause I love their cheese biscuits!
