Which of Royce Gracie's fights really stood out to you most in the UFC's old days?

Personally, Gracie's wins that really stood out to me were his battles against a Judo and Jiu Jitsu grappler who was 6'4, and 260lbs named Remco Pardoel, his first fight with Ken Shamrock in UFC 1, and wrestler named Dan Severn who was about the same size as Remco, only that he was wrestler, and a Judo practitioner. They might have had very limited submissions, and BJJ was very unique at the time, and that the UFC was a style vs style competition tournament, but they were still very good at what they did. Royce, in my opinion really deserves the respect for his accomplishments. He truly deserved to be inducted into the UFC hall of fame, and was one of the pioneers. Did you think Gracie was real stupid to try his hand at Matt Hughes? This question is for Royce Gracie fans. The sport of MMA has evolved, but another contributing factor is that Royce was past his prime, and wasn't in the best shape of his career. I heard he looked sick and dehydrated.
