Which Norco Bicycle should i buy?

I'm contemplating on buying a 2009 Norco Havoc or a 2009 Norco Bigfoot. They both fit me good. I see on their website that the Havoc is a "Dirt and Street" bicycle and the Bigfoot is a "Freeride HT".

My questions are:

What are the difference between the two categories (Freeride HT and Dirt and Street).

I know the Bigfoot has Avid Juicy 3 hydraulic disk brakes, but the Havoc does not. So does this mean that the Havoc would have the best in cable disk brakes to make up for the loss?

What bike is better? What should i buy?
