Which new AT&T phone should I wait to buy?

After CES, many new AT&T phones are coming out. As of now, I am leaning towards the Motorola Atrix 4G which has an "estimated" release date of March 1st. The other two I was considering were the Samsung Inspire or the iPhone 5 both due out in Q2. If anyone has any insight to the pros and cons of the phones it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
