Neither, both are entirely too popular. Last year in California alone there were 3,127 Isabella's born That's more Isabella's than the population of the town I grew up in. Come on people give your kids a chance at not being Isabella A, Isabella T or Isabella P. Isabelle isn't as popular coming in at number 65 in CA and rounding out the top 100 most popular names nationwide. Give your daughter something unique (not weird or awkward just something not as popular) that she can be proud of.
