Hi im a 17 year old skier been sking for about 10 years now. I am wondering what muscles cotribute the biggest factor when park skiing.
i only want to know this because i haveing trouble progresing past a 360 so things like core stability and leg strenght have anything to do with hard hard and big i go off jumps
also how do you go from 306'ing to 540 thanks XD
