Which MP3 phone should I buy?

I've been looking for a mp3 phone for a while now and have been getting recommendation for Nokia and Sony Ericsson, seems like these two brands makes the best mp3 phone. However, I am more than willing to give Samsung a chance. I currently use a cheap samsung phone and really have no complain except for the mediocre battery life. I couldn't help noticing the compatibility issue of microSD on samsung forum...what's the matter with that? Can someone give me a quick run down? My criteria is listed below...I hope when you make a recommendation, you would keep my criteria in mind. Thank you.

1. GSM phone. Prefer unclocked, has to be compatible with Tmobile.
2. Bluetooth enabled
3. Good quality MP3 sound (People says sony and nokia sounds better than ipod, is it true?)
4. $150 budget

Now I know $150 is a bit stingy, but i don't mind getting an older model if it meets all my criteria. Pour me with ur suggestion. Doesn't have to be any particular brand.
 
$150 budget? for a good mp3 player then u need to add $50 more to get the K750i or W700. Both are great mp3 players with good 2mp camera.

But if u can't add 50 more then check out the B/S/T forums here since i've seen used k750i go for $130-150 if you're lucky. But for a brand new one then you need at least $200-230
 
I've been doing a lot of research and so far I've "narrowed" down the list to about 20 phones *O*!! it could grow longer if I keep researching. I've eliminated those mono mp3 phone and those without memory expansion slot, and I've definitely look long and hard on the suggestions you guys made. Thanks guys. Please help me out narrowing down my list further.

Some of these phones are a bit out of my range, I include them in hope the price will drop soon.

These model number may be based in some region other than the US...if that's so, i am sorry I just can't follow up on all of them. Tell me which model I should include and which should be out..or which has the flaw that I wasn't aware of. Thank you.

Btw, I am leaning toward Sony but I doubt my card reader can handle memory stick
