I don't really think any of these movies would still be controversial today since we have become numb to The Exorcist. Brokeback Mountain I believe would make Midnight Cowboy look tame. And Sweet Sweetbacks really didn't make much sense to me when I watched it. So I don't know which would be and I'm afraid to make that argument as this is one of my short answer questions on my final.
