I saw it on spike tv last summer. It was a action/comedy film, with all asian actors. In the beginning i remember this guy killing a women and then dancing. It didnt appear to be dramatic and crazed, more humorous. He killed her with a butcher knife. And I remember towards the end of the movie, they show how when this guy was a child he wanted to learn martial arts through reading a book. He was bullied for it. Help?
