i am trying to make a list of the best 40s movies. here is it so far

citizen kane or its a wondeful life

treasure of the sierra madre
the 3rd man
sullivans travels

i cannot decide between citizen kane and its a wonderful life. i know citizen is supposed to be the best movie ever but whats actually the better movie. also any suggestions for the list
