i am from india
can anyone suggest me a mobile below the range Rs 3000
having features:

good internal as well as external memory
java
USB Support
FM
must have good looks

Please tell me i have to gift it on diwali to someone and i can arrange this much money, therefore prefering new one.
please help..
Mobile can be any company model whether Nokia, Motorola, Fly or chinese models
 
Diwali, the festival of lights is approaching. If you are not able tovisit your friends and parents personally this time then decide to gift themwith thoughtful gifts like Bandhanwar, Torans, Dry Fruits, Sweets etc.
