Which military branch is most likely to give out bonuses right now?

From what I researched the Navy, Air Force aren't giving out bonuses because too much people are signing up right now. And if they do hand out bonuses for those branches, I've heard that you have to be a linguist, or handle nukes (all the big jobs) to get one.

Does the Army give bonuses to all recruits after basic training, do the Marines also, am I also wrong with my facts?
