Which method do I use to measure my bra size?

I've found a couple of different methods for measuring my bra size and all the 3 come up with a different size from the other.
One says to first measure under your bust and add 4 in. if the number is even and 5 in. if the number is odd. My measurement is 32 in. So 28 + 4 = 36. My band size would be 36. Next, measure across the fullest part of your bust. Mine is 40. Then subtract your band size from your bust measurement. 40 - 36 = 4. If the difference is 4 inch, this means my bra size would be a 36D

The next one says to again measure under the bust. 32. But it says not to add anything unless it is an odd number, then add one.This is your band size. Next measure around the bust. 40. Subtract your band size from your bust. 40 - 32 = 8. The cup size chart is as follows: 0 to 1.5 inches = A, 1.5 to 2.5 = B, 2.5 to 3.5 = C, 3.5 to 4.5 = D, 4.5 to 5.5 = DD/E, 5.5 to 6.5 = F, 6.5 to 7.5 = G, 7.5 to 8.5= H,8.5 to 9.5 = I, 9.5 to 10.5 = J, 10.5 to 11.5 = K. So my size would be a 32H.

The last one says to measure around with the tape measure in the back level with your bra band and just above your bust in the front. If odd, add one. Mine: 37. Add 1 37 + 1 = 38 This is your band size. Then measure around your bust. Mine: 40 Subtract your band size from your bust. 40 - 38 = 2. The difference of 2 would mean my size would be, again, 38B

Now I got 3 measurements with 3 different methods i.e. 36D, 32H, 38B my boobs doesn't look like B cup size. it looks like big. Now please tell me which method is accurate.

Thanks
