Which major should I go for if I wanted to deal with electronics hardware?

If I wanted to do research and development in computer electronics, such as video cards, processors or cell phones, which major should I declare? The UC schools offer the following:

"Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences",
"Computational Engineering Science",
"Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences & Materials Science and Engineering"
and "Engineering Undeclared"

Which one would best fit my interests?
