Which lens is better for sports photography?

I want to take pictures of football and soccer, I am looking at either the Sigma APO 50-500mm F4-6.3 EX DG HSM or Sigma APO 150-500mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM, which would be better?
I'll be using it on a Nikon D90
