When I was a lad in the 1970s a neighbor had what looked like a late 1960s Chevorlet Impala, but it had hideaway headlamps and extra tailights. Could this have been a Chevy Biscayne? I debated with someone on what it could have been- He insisted i must be imagining things, as the only Chevy with hideaway headlamps in the late 60s was the Camaro- He's wrong, as I remember the Impala lookalike with the hideaway headlamps, and have seen others like it too- But not for decades.
What could it have been?
Am I incorrect remembering the extra number of tailights? Late 60s Bel air had the fewest, Impala had an additional pair, and the Impala variants with the hideaway headlamps seemed to have even more tailights..
Of course I was a kid so mabey i'm remembering things incorectly..
