Which iSync compatible phone for Ontario?

I am looking for a phone that is iSync compatible and will allow me to sometimes use the phone for wireless high-speed on my notebook. Can this be done in Ontario? Which phone? Which provider?

I recently completed my Telus 3 year term so might be eligible for a loyalty discount. Is the Moto Razr 3c capable of doing what I want? What about data access on Telus? Can I pay as I go or do I have to enter a data plan?
