which is the EASIEST CMS? DRUPAL OR PHP NUKE? I need the easiest one to use?

I have used Joomla earlier but found it very hard to understand. I would love dotnetnuke but my host would not allow it. So, my pointed question is which of the two is the easiest, I am not looking for tons of modules or features.
