which is the better way to go for my cars radio system?

so im no audio guy so which would be the best sound the pioneer AVIC-X920BT with memphis mojo 12 just over $1200 is what the price for install was or the pioneer AVH-P3200DVD with cvr122 kicker 12 from best buy installed around $740 total
im just wanting a new system in my ride be for i start collage and money is kinda tight
