Which is the better phone? HTC Desire HD, HTC HD2 or iPhone 4?

I really Cant decide between a Desire HD, HTC HD2 or iPhone 4! so i thought i'd ask you guys on what you would choose if you had to pick between this phones... :)

Which is the best phone out of these three and why is it better than the other two? by the way the phone is for a teenager not an adult :)
