Hi, I am training taekwondo in South London. The club's name is Chung Yong and they are really good. Professional and passionate instructors, great team spirit, hard trainings and discipline. You can go to the club's website chungyongtkd(.)co(.)uk to find out about the exact training locations. Every training of the week is with somebody else, so you really get the chance to see a martial art from different perspectives, which is brilliant. I am 23 and started training last year in May and have to say it has been a very good experience so far.

There are a vast number of martial arts in london, what do you want to achieve from your training? Give us a few more details. Everyone is going to have their own opinion on what is "best" the important thing is to try and find what is best for you.
