Is it 1)the treadmill, 2)the elliptical, or 3) the exercise bike?
I like the treadmill best since it takes the most energy outta me and is the hardest for me personally. But recently I've read some articles that say using the treadmill is bad for your knees and joints, and since I'm not yet done growing and wish to still grow a little taller, I was wondering if I should stick with the elliptical or bike instead
