Which is the best family restaurant in Las Vegas?

My whole family are going to Las Vegas this Easter holiday. I have a 7 year old sister and I want to treat all of them to a fancy restaurant where we could all dress up and for a change experience eating somewhere very rare for us middle class family to dine in. Price should be reasonable in terms of the location, the food and the quality. I don't mind to splurge a little as long as my family would come out of this restaurant satisfied and full by the end of the night. I know some restaurants are so over priced that just for the starters the price would be ridiculous. I have been through a lot of sites but I just got confused. I need help from you who have experiences dining in Las Vegas. I also prefer restaurants along the Strip.
