Which is the best choice? Mazda 626 or Toyota Corolla?

I've found two cars that seem great. One is a 1997 Mazda 626 automatic, 2.0 litre V6, 80,000 miles, full service history, perfect running condition, laways serviced for £570. (I know ... ridiculously cheap.)

The other car is a Toyota Corolla, 1996, 3 door coupe, 1.3 litre with 45,000 miles, full service history, perfect running condition etc, for £1,200.

Both are located in London car dealers.

Which is the best option?

Well it depends on what you want in your car. The Corolla will be ridiculously slow and quite boring to drive but at the same time reliable and frugal on the fuel consumption, whereas the 626 will be decently quick and relatively fun to drive at the cost of quite poor reliability and ordinary fuel consumption. For the price that it's at though I'd be a little sceptical at the 626 for its "perfect running condition". I would probably either go for the Corolla or look around for a better car.
