which is the best automatic trans or manual for ford 1993 mustang ?

blower 6 psi and 250 nitros.i hav 5speeds trans but the problem with the clutches kit they dry up fast i used center force ,ram. someone recomend 3speeds automatic so shal i chang my manual trans?
