the mekong catfish. go on google images and type in mekong catfish, and you see some bigger than the 1 in your picture.
 
I just seen a program on tv about monster fish..And the Mekong delta catfish is the largest freshwater fish.The one they cought was almost 5.6 feet long and weighed at 500 lbs..
 
You show a picture of the worlds largest caught catfish and ask if it's the biggest :o)

The biggest European catfish recent record is only a paltry 226lb, however 19th Century Russian specimens weighed in at 750lb.

Going with the Loch Ness theory and there are big catfish in there as seen on camera footage when they raised the spitfire, there is quite plausibly 100 year old fish in that particular pond that would smash the Mekong record :@)
