Which is more legal binding? A divorce decree or QDRO?

I'm an AZ resident. I was recently divorced and had to split my 401k evenly with my spouse. The divorce decree states she is entitled to half as of the date the divorce is final? The QDRO states she is entitled to half as of the date they actually seperate the money, which was a year later. I'd been contributing that whole year and she earned on it. So, which will hold up in court if I attempt to get that years worth of my contributions back? The divorce decree? Or the QDRO?
