Which is more important: Eating healthy or exercise?

I do both in order to lose weight I just think I exercise a little less than what I eat-which is probably why Im not losing weight. I think I eat too big a serving of food, even though its healthy food. Do you think thats why I am struggling to lose weight? Because the exercise has toned up my body alot its just my scales tell me I weigh the same. I do 50 mins of pilates a day, 10 of dumbbell workout, 10 of intense cardio. I eat breakfast lunch and supper, normally healthy meals (never junkfood or fried food) and a snack in between that might be something like anchovy toast and an orange. So do you know which I should concentrate on more?
If it helps I am 5'9 and 140 pounds. I am a thin girl. I just weigh alot and want to bring that down. Because I am tall I eat quite alot.
