Which is lighter and the better bike...Giant fcr 4 or raleigh sf 2.0?

i know the giant weighs 22lbs and has 24 speed, aluminium frame and is £360
the raleigh has 18 speeds, carbon fork, aluminium frame and costs £500( i can get for £290)
