Which is harder for you - exercise or dieting?

For losing weight, I tend to have no problem with food intake. I can actually starve myself till evening if I'm being distracted by something interesting! But I can never fully motivate myself to exercise! I fear the sun and have an aversion to sweat....its feels like I must bathe immediately! Is that weird?
Im so surprised that many people find exercise easier! For me I've never been motivated to exercise, it's just too hot and humid. My main way of weight control is dieting, which is easy to control for me....Usually I forget about food if I'm doing fun things, like I once shopped until I wasn't hungry for dinner anymore?

But now I realize its not that good. Although I have low BMI, the fats lost are never from my 'target' area. Need to tone the tummy!!
