which is faster honda civic or pontiac grand am?

the civic is a 5-speed and the grand am is a v6.
they are both 2-door. I know the grand am is 3400 sfi. not sure much about the civic. but the spedometer one grand am goes to 120 where as the civic goes to 140.
Also the grand am is made in 99. the civic was made in 03.
