Which is better sprint training?

i was wondering which of these catagories are better sprint training

10 sets of 20 reps of 5 meter up the hill and down the hill everyday (going up counts as 1 rep not up and down)
300 squats a day adding weights on 5 pounds each week and 50 reps each week
10 sets of 100 meter sprints

And idk if i do them all together in 1 day i might over do it thats why im asking u if its safe and all, and could you tell me if i could improve it anyway?

and for upper body

100 pushups and 100 weight lifting (both hands) 5 pounds and raise it by 5 pounds every week

same thing lemme know if i can improve it, and i rly need a progressing and hard training thx
