I'm attending a state public university in the fall, but I just have one lingering question. Which is better the state public universities or local colleges (and small private universities)? Is a state university like UF better in terms of job opportunities and job advancement than a person who gets a degree at ITT-tech, Rasmussen College, St. Leo's University, etc.? (Using Florida colleges as examples because I live in Florida)
So which is better? I looked at the grades and scores of admitted students at those institutions and noticed that the local colleges and small private universities are drastically lower than public universities such as UF, FSU, etc.
Which is better in terms of job opportunities and job advancement, what do employers want?
